Konami Doesn’t Want You To Find Love. Not In Metal Gear Survive, Anyway.

In one of the funnier things I’ve read recently, it appears Konami don’t want you looking for that special someone when it comes to playing their newly released title Metal Gear Survive. Twitter user @Matt_Poprocki posted a screenshot that showed a section of the end-user license agreement, which states that you may not “Seek a relationship with another person or act that Konami determines is made for the main purpose of finding a relationship.” So if you were planning on some tactical espionage “action” (I’m hilarious, by the way), you’ll sadly be left wanting. It may seem like an odd thing, playing a game with the intention of finding love or a relationship, but it seems even weirder to go out of your way to outright ban it.

Also mentioned in the image above is that you can not “Campaign for Pre-election, campaign or participate in politics or other similar acts”, So you’ll have to find another way to secure the… Metal Gear Solid vote? I don’t know, Konami is weird.

Metal Gear Survive is available now for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
